Do you offer technical support for your products?

Yes, we do! There is a range of support we offer to existing and new customers.

This wiki was made for one of these exact reasons.

We intend to capture basic information around here with regards to modules, processes and services that we provide.

If you are not able to find an answer to your question or require a bit more of an in-depth explanation please raise a ticket with us.

If you require help, training or integration work with the module then we offer a support package depending on your needs.

This will usually be our standard daily rate and we will charge in 4 hour blocks.

Before the training or support is started we will make sure to find out specifically what you are trying to achieve.

This will enable you to get back to work with what you need to do quickly and save your support hours.


If your support falls under changes to the module or using it for a specific purpose, please speak to us first and we will ensure that module meets your requirements.
